We are looking for you who want to help create safety, structure, and warmth in the small and large moments of everyday life. With us, you will be an important support in a home where clarity, presence, and respect are the foundation of everything we do. You have experience in clear pedagogical methods, are calm and stable, curious about people and different ways of communicating. With a low-arousal approach and sensitivity, you can simplify and guide when situations require it. There are both a dog and a cat in the home, so it is important that you are comfortable with animals and thrive in an environment where animals are a natural part of everyday life.

You work independently but are also an important part of a self-sufficient, close-knit team with close collaboration and clear communication. You always have support to lean on, from both team leaders and customer managers. We offer guidance and training based on the team's needs and legal framework, and quality is an ongoing effort built on safety, networks, and trust. We are looking for someone who is ready to invest, has a genuine interest in behaviors, and wants to develop and grow in their role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with autism and ADHD
• Has worked with low-arousal responses
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work
• Is curious, engaged, and wants to develop together with the team
• Thrives in an environment with dogs and cats

Working hours:

Approximately 30 hours/week: 8–15/16, 15–21, and every other weekend. (Sleeping on-call may occur)
