We are now looking for a network technician for an exciting assignment focused on change management, operational support, and customer-oriented network solutions. A business for IT solutions where you will work with technical challenges and customer contact in varying environments.

The assignment is for 12 months starting March 1, 2026, and ending February 28, 2027. The work will take place from the office in Gothenburg with the possibility of remote work if needed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Overtime may occur in connection with change management or service windows.

Your Responsibilities

As a network technician, you will work with both planned changes and ongoing operational issues for our outsourcing clients. You will be an important part of designing, implementing, and following up on network solutions.

You will, among other things:

• Carry out change management within firewalls, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN
• Participate in design issues and technical discussions with clients
• Independently drive change management on clients' network equipment
• Follow up and manage incidents on the network
• Collaborate with clients' technical teams and ensure that deliveries meet requirements and expectations

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in networking and who feels comfortable with both change management and operational support. You are technically engaged, take responsibility for your deliveries, and thrive in a role where you can combine problem-solving with customer contact.

You are flexible and organized, enjoy planning your work, and work systematically even during periods with multiple parallel tasks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in network technology or a similar role
• Experience with firewalls, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN
• Experience in implementing changes in operational environments
• Experience in incident management in network environments
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience in customer-oriented design and change management
• Experience from outsourcing or operational organizations
