The current partner is retiring, which opens up for you to take over an already successful clinic with both operational responsibility and step in as a partner in Praktikertjänst. It is a unique opportunity to refine and further develop an already successful business.

When you step in as a partner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. You will have the support of a network of specialists within Praktikertjänst in various areas such as safety, law, HR, property, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communication, purchasing, pensions, and environment. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the business's results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome.

Job Responsibilities

• You lead and distribute work among the staff
• You work clinically as a dentist
• Staff responsibility, goal setting, and development dialogues as well as salary discussions
• Recruitment as needed
• Ensure that staff have sufficient knowledge and work on competence development
• Responsible for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Personal Qualities

We are looking for a qualified dentist. You are a confident person who wants to work with different patient groups and are well acquainted with diagnostics and treatment planning. You are a skilled clinician who sees it as a given to combine quality dental care with good patient interaction. You also enjoy leading other people.

You are someone who sees it as a given to have a strong commitment to both your patients and the clinic's development. We believe you are curious about new solutions and opportunities. As a person, you are communicative, calm, balanced, and trustworthy in meetings with patients and colleagues.
