HSE Specialist Wanted

About the Role

As an HSE consultant, you will contribute to improving HSE performance (health, safety, and environmental performance) for our client and ensure a strong safety culture with a focus on environmental work. You will work in a leading role responsible for producing, updating, and maintaining health and safety plans for projects and workplaces.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Reviewing risk assessments and ensuring that risk management aligns with project requirements.
• Coordinating workplace-related issues to avoid hazards and risks associated with concurrent activities on-site.
• Reporting HSE incidents, sharing lessons learned and best practices with management and employees.
• Following up and reporting progress regarding sustainability goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with BAS P/U according to Swedish legislation.
• Solid experience from working on construction sites with a practical and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage documentation and administration related to workplace safety.
• Experience in leading and coordinating safety issues in projects.

Technical education is a plus, but we value relevant work experience and skills more than formal education.
