Your tasks
As an HSE Specialist, you will play a key role in improving health, safety, and environmental performance (HSE) as well as corporate responsibility. You will use your knowledge to provide solutions and advice through group-wide improvement programs and audit programs. You will also deliver and implement HSE training, conduct audits, and introduce improvement programs within the company's divisions and local business units.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing and developing the work environment, focusing on Health, Safety, and Environment in accordance with the company's guidelines and requirements.
- Develop and deliver the project's HSE plan (BAS P) and ensure implementation on site (BAS U).
- Support the business by applying in-depth knowledge to provide solutions and advice.
- Deliver and implement HSE training, audits, and group-wide improvement programs to the divisions and local business units.
- Lead the development of new solutions for complex projects and challenges.
Your profile
- Higher education or university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to advise and guide others in your area of expertise.
- Strong analytical skills and capacity to propose effective solutions.
- Experience leading and managing change work with a focus on sustainability.
- Good technical knowledge in the field of sustainability and the ability to apply this practically.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Certification and experience of BAS P and BAS U.
