Currently, we are looking for individuals who want to work as guards at crime scene surveillance and in detention in Gällivare. We are seeking someone who is accustomed to collaborating with colleagues to ensure the quality of work and has the ability to adapt to different paces when the situation demands. It is advantageous if you have experience working in the correctional system, psychiatry, or in a similar profession where you have interacted with individuals in vulnerable situations.

The position involves working as a detention guard and, together with your colleagues, managing the operation of the detention facility and, when necessary, monitoring temporary sites that arise when there is suspicion of a crime. The position is for permanent employment with an initial 6-month probationary period. We need staff who can work on an as-needed basis. Qualifications for the position

We are looking for individuals with a guard background. As Securus is a security-classified company that largely works with public authorities, a security clearance with a registry check is conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

Swedish citizenship and fluent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required for the position. The role occasionally involves receiving and conveying necessary information regarding the authority's handling of detained individuals. You also need to be able to speak and understand English.

We expect guards to have good physical fitness to the extent that they can handle the demanding situations that may arise in the role.
