We are now looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our team as a Work Environment Coordinator.
About the Role
As a Work Environment Coordinator at ShoreLink, you will have a broad area of responsibility within work environment, health, environmental, and safety issues. You will work strategically and operationally to develop and implement routines, regulations, and processes that contribute to high safety, quality, and continuous improvements throughout the organization. The role involves coordinating systematic work environment efforts and leading the work to maintain and develop management systems according to ISO standards 9001 and 14001.
- You will closely collaborate with process owners and managers, support the organization with expertise, and drive improvement work that creates long-term results.
- Support and coach managers by developing routines, working methods, and regulations, and following up on results.
- Follow up and analyze cases in our case management system and develop processes around this.
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits and lead the work during management reviews.
- Conduct training in work environment, health, and safety, and contribute to projects as needed.
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience in strategic and operational work within work environment and safety issues.
- Knowledge of process management and preventive safety work.
- Experience working with and developing management systems, preferably according to the latest ISO standards.
- Experience in systematic work environment efforts and improvement processes.
- Good IT skills, preferably with experience in IA systems.
- Post-secondary education in work environment, environment, or safety (meriting).

For our customers, we coordinate our functions within transport, logistics, ship clearance, loading and unloading of goods on ships, rail, and trucks, as well as services in machine contracting.
Our customers are mainly within the base industry in the region, where we have been an important player for many years.
The turnover amounts to approximately 320 million SEK per year, and we have 230 employees and over 130 vehicles in operation.
