About the position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our female client in Sollentuna. You need to be able to work during the absence of regular assistants due to illness or vacation, both weekdays and weekends.

Working hours are scheduled as follows for weekdays and weekends:

• 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 6:00 PM - 9:00 AM (8h waiting time)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a woman in her 60s with a stroke and diabetes who has a great interest in flowers and music. She enjoys going for walks, having coffee, and visiting shopping centers.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores.

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals.

• Support during transfers (aids are available).

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as personal suitability is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Speak Dari.

• Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Previous professional experience as a Personal Assistant.

• Other experience in care and support or equivalent.

Employment rate: 2 substitutes as needed.

Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
