We are now looking for a temporary coordinator for our care home Munkaljungbygården. We offer a varied job at our Silvia-certified home focused on dementia care. The home has 40 places located on one floor in central Munka Ljungby, close to scenic areas, public transport, and the center. In addition to the coordinator, there are care staff, unit manager, nurses, and a rehab team consisting of physiotherapists and occupational therapists on site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a coordinator at Munkaljungbygården, you are the spider in the web, working service-oriented to ensure everyone is happy. You provide administrative support to the unit manager, where you do the following:
- Payroll management, administration in payroll and employment systems
- Staffing planning, absence, leave, and vacation planning. This includes administration in booking and scheduling systems as well as contact with substitutes.
- Coordinate the filling of temporary positions up to 14 days and longer substitutes in consultation with the unit manager.
- Review that absences and leaves are entered in the payroll system and that paid salaries are correct.
- Conduct introductions for new employees. Introduce new employees to the operational systems, book training, and plan shadowing. Coordination of delegations to new staff.
- Purchasing and invoice management.
You will frequently work in operational systems such as Time Care Pool and Time Care Planning, Personec, Hypergene, Proceedo, Procapita, Life Care, Appva, and Artvise.
You support employees with administrative questions and have close cooperation with the unit manager but also collaborate with the unit's team leaders and scheduling representatives. You meet many different people among all the unit's employees as well as users and their relatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has completed a high school education, preferably with an administrative or economic focus.
If you also have some form of post-secondary education in leadership, administration, economics, personnel/HR, or similar, we consider it an advantage.
You should have good computer skills and easily adapt to various operational systems, and if you have ever worked in the systems we use, that is a plus.
The most important factor for your success in this role is your personal qualities. To maintain a high level of service, you need to be structured and meticulous. In everything you do, you work with economic awareness.
You have multiple interactions with people every day, making you service-oriented and solution-focused.
To work effectively with staffing, you need to be flexible and able to handle rapid changes.
You have good collaboration skills and can work independently, actively seeking or requesting the information you need to fulfill your tasks.
