They are now looking for a business-oriented and relationship-driven insurance broker who wants to be an important part of the company's continued growth.

About the role

As an insurance broker at Betryggande Försäkringar, you will play a central role in developing customer relationships, ensuring professional advice, and driving procurement processes. You will work closely with both customers and insurance companies and be an important link in ensuring secure and long-term business.

The role also involves proactive work with companies, following up on business, and contributing to the company's processes and offerings. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing customers and contracts

  • Conduct procurements and negotiations with insurance companies

  • Create and develop long-term customer relationships

  • Proactively seek new corporate customers as needed

  • Follow up on business and ensure a high level of service

  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and services


Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in insurance brokerage who thrives in a role where relationships, business acumen, and quality are in focus.

We would like you to:

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in insurance brokerage

  • Have experience with procurements

  • Have a relevant academic background in economics or equivalent

  • Be business-oriented, communicative, and skilled at building relationships

Location: Malmö

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You will also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training on-site in Stockholm to further develop in your professional role.
