We are now looking for extra staff for summer jobs at our Customer Center, as well as during various holidays and peak periods throughout the year.

Your Role

At the Customer Center, we serve our customers and employees within the company via phone, email, and social media. This takes place during our opening hours on weekdays, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The Customer Center receives all incoming calls to the company and answers most inquiries related to housing for our tenants. The work is varied and can involve high peaks at times.

You as a Person and Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is available to replace regular staff at the Customer Center during the summer period and around major holidays such as Easter, Christmas, and New Year, as well as during other needs/peak periods. We primarily seek university students who are at the beginning of their studies, as we offer summer/extra jobs for the next two to three years. It is also a plus if you can step in at short notice during all weeks of the year, with Mondays and Tuesdays often being the days with the greatest need. Experience from similar service jobs is an advantage. Furthermore, we want you to have good computer skills, be communicative, possess good administrative skills, and have strong teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of English and preferably other language skills are valuable in the job.

Being service-oriented, flexible, and having a pleasant demeanor is, of course, a requirement. We believe that you, as an applicant, have strong social skills and enjoy working in a team. Local knowledge is also a plus as it facilitates daily work.
