We are looking for you who want one of Sweden's most important summer jobs!
For the summer of 2026, we are looking for several seasonal workers for our various operations.
When you work with us, you will encounter varied, challenging, and developing tasks. We work together with a high degree of individual responsibility, which means that we meet people with respect for their integrity and self-determination.
We are looking for someone with a strong interest and commitment to supporting and helping people through different stages of life, as well as having a good attitude towards both individuals and colleagues. You should be attentive, flexible, service-oriented, and able to work both in teams and take personal responsibility.
Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Provide good care, service, social interaction, and activities with users. Administrative tasks such as documentation and planning, as well as some health care tasks.
Qualifications
You should have a genuine interest in people and a desire to create good relationships through a positive attitude towards our residents, relatives, and colleagues.
It is important that you can collaborate with different professional categories and that you are flexible and adaptable, always with the user's needs in focus. Supporting and helping individuals to maintain their health and live as active and meaningful a life as possible is the goal of our care. Therefore, a plan of action is developed based on the individual's needs and wishes, which forms the basis of our work.
In your role at work, you are responsible, meticulous, and take initiative. It is also important that you are open to learning new things and have the ability to see solutions instead of problems.

You must be at least 18 years old. It is advantageous if you have education or previous experience in care and support or LSS.
