About the job

We are looking for a student employee who, as needed, will work with service and administration for our banking customers. This will take place via phone contact, our digital channels, and customers visiting our office. You will work with sales and advisory services for private customers, as well as daily handling of cases for businesses and agriculture.

The role also includes being “back office support” for the private advisors within the bank. Additionally, you will work with AML issues such as money laundering and customer knowledge. This means you will investigate and follow up on any discrepancies that arise, as well as perform enhanced customer knowledge and incident reporting.

Who are you?

You should be studying economics at a university level. We prefer that you have experience in service and sales. As a person, you are outgoing, resourceful, and engaged. It is important that you enjoy working in a close-knit team where collaboration and dialogue are cornerstones. You also need to be flexible and able to switch between different tasks.
