About us

We who work at the medical reception are nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, administrative staff, unit managers, doctors, and biomedical analysts. There is a strong commitment among us, and we collaborate across professions, both within teams, with the clinic's other specialist teams, with our inpatient departments, and with our colleagues in paramedicine. Currently, we have specialist teams in hematology, neurology, diabetes, endocrinology, gastroenterology, cardiology, and COPD. The medical treatment department is also part of the medical reception and focuses on internal medicine specialist day care. Here, medical examinations and advanced treatments are performed for many different patient categories.

Our dear colleague has chosen to move on to other assignments, and we therefore need to strengthen our staff group with a nursing assistant. We are looking for someone who has a warm interest in internal medicine, nursing, and reception work. We offer you an exciting and varied job with good working hours and inspiring colleagues.

Together with your colleagues and unit manager, we create a competence development plan and support you in your role. You will receive an introduction program tailored to your needs based on your education and previous experience.

Your tasks

We want you to be flexible, cooperative, and able to quickly switch from planned work to unplanned events, depending on our patients' needs. We work every day to maintain high patient safety, quality-assured healthcare, high accessibility for our patients, a good working climate, and good collaboration with all our colleagues. You will have daily close cooperation with the clinic's various doctors and nurses and meet patients with various internal medicine and neurological diseases such as COPD, diabetes, heart failure, myeloma, inflammatory bowel diseases, brain tumors, ALS, among others. During the year, you will also be introduced to our specialist team for COPD and work closely with our three COPD nurses.

Your competence

You are a trained nursing assistant. In addition to your grades as a nursing assistant, you need to have a certificate of your professional qualification as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. Ideally, you have a few years of work experience in the profession. You value the opportunity for innovative thinking, show commitment, take initiative, contribute to a good psychosocial work environment, and take great responsibility for your role. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We look forward to welcoming a new colleague to the medical reception!
