About us

We are looking for someone who wants to work at a psychiatric outpatient clinic. Our clinic is located at Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm, within walking distance from the train station, providing good commuting opportunities. The clinic employs around fifty people with various professions and treatment orientations.

The clinic consists of an emergency team, a dependency center, a base team, and a psychosis team. The teams are primarily general psychiatric but are responsible for different care processes. Our common values in everyday life are: Professionalism, Collaboration, and Trust.

Your Responsibilities

At the clinic, you will be one of several nurses, and you will have experienced colleagues with high competence who are interested in utilizing your experiences and knowledge. You will work as a nurse in outpatient care. However, during illness and vacations, we help each other across teams.

Treatment work is conducted both in teams and in individual contacts with common interdisciplinary treatment conferences. As a nurse with us, you will be responsible for standard medical treatments, conversation therapy based on your competence, and participation in care planning. Supervision is offered.

Your Competence

You are a licensed nurse. It is desirable that you have further education in psychiatry and/or experience in psychiatric outpatient work. It is a requirement that you have worked as a licensed nurse in psychiatry. Furthermore, experience of collaboration with other actors is meritorious. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities such as the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as good collaboration skills.
