Vårdcentralen Stadsfjärden is a large health center located in Nyköping's attractive harbor district and is operated privately by Praktikertjänst.

Our vision is "tomorrow's primary care today," which means we continuously develop our operations based on our mission from Region Sörmland and our listed population.

We have approximately 17,500 registered patients and are constantly working to develop our methods to provide high-quality care. We strive for high accessibility, where digital and physical care plays a significant role. We handle many of our patient contacts through our digital entry point. The aim is to provide quality care in a medically reasonable time and ensure good continuity for our patients. We also want to create a common understanding among different professional groups and use our resources efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

With us, each doctor has their own limited patient list. At the same time, we work in teams to create stable and equitable care, where we take joint responsibility for the care of the entire team's patients. Our patient clientele is varied and multifaceted. In addition to varied reception work, both physical and digital, there are opportunities to work with child health care, home care, and in nursing homes.

Collaboration with other professional categories at the health center is a natural part of the work. The workplace is divided into three teams representing all our professional categories. The purpose of the teams' work is to ensure that our patients are well-prepared for the right resource at the right time, based on a common medical assessment.

You will be a valuable team member in one of our teams when you start with us. In the team, you will have both a consultative and collaborative role, where you can also seek help from other professional competencies in specific patient cases. We value having a common understanding regarding our shared patients.

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine and want to develop together with us. You are engaged and can work both independently and in a team. You are flexible and open to change.

Other Information

Full-time, permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.

Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application period has expired.
