With us, you will meet a specialist psychiatric reception with broad competence and great commitment. Many of our nurses have extensive experience in psychiatry and work daily with complex patient assignments in close collaboration with other professions. Over the past year, we have collectively carried out extensive development work within the nursing group.

We have now implemented a function-based working method with a jointly developed functional schedule. This means clear assignments, better overview in everyday life, and greater opportunity for in-depth work in various areas. An important part of this work has been to create a more sustainable and structured workday. Through the functional schedule, we have clarified responsibilities, workflows, and roles throughout the day. This means that you, as a nurse, will have a better overview, reduced fragmentation between tasks, and a greater opportunity to feel accomplished with your assignment when the workday ends.

At the same time, we are developing the organization with new working methods and receptions, such as our lithium reception and CS reception, as well as an expanded effort with digital accessibility via 1177.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will work daytime, Monday to Friday, in interdisciplinary teams focusing on patient-centered specialist care. The work includes, among other things:

• Psychiatric care in individual contacts and teams
• Qualified telephone counseling and digital care contacts
• Medication management, injections, and follow-ups
• Nursing assessments, care planning, and caring conversations
• Collaboration with doctors, other professionals, and external care neighbors

You will become part of a nursing group that currently consists of nine colleagues – and we want to grow.

Support and Professional Development

At the reception, there is a senior nurse with coordination responsibility for the nursing group. The assignment includes competence development, introduction of new colleagues, and development of common working methods. All nurses regularly participate in supervision, focusing on support in complex patient cases, reflection, and professional development. We also work closely with doctors, where the TeleQ consulting function provides accessible medical support in daily work.

Your Competence

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in psychiatry or specialized training in psychiatric care. You are confident in your professional role, work independently but value close collaboration. You have a professional and empathetic approach and want to contribute to both workplace community and organizational development. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Employment Form

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement. Full-time where part-time is an option.
