RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the area of disabilities, you will be the nursing responsible nurse and lead the daily health and medical care work around your patients. You will coordinate and be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing measures. Identifying and actively preventing health risks and coordinating contacts with primary care, inpatient care, and relatives are part of your responsibilities.

Here you will have varied and interesting tasks that involve health and medical care interventions, both planned and urgent. An important part of the job is to guide, support, educate, and delegate health and medical care tasks to nursing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a Swedish nursing license, preferably with a few years of experience working as a nurse. A B driver's license and driving experience are required as we use a car in the job.

You who apply are secure in your profession and have a very good ability to make independent assessments. If you also have good collaboration skills, can motivate and engage colleagues and nursing staff, and are good at solving problems, you will thrive as a nurse with us.
