Do you want to work with children and young people in a varied and team-based context? Are you interested in working with intensive interventions for children and adolescents with eating disorders and other complex psychiatric issues? Does it sound exciting to work with emergency and on-call responsibilities?
Apply for a unique psychologist position where you can use and develop your skills in advanced treatment and assessment work. Be part of developing a cross-professional team and new working methods!
About us
The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Intensive Reception (BIM) meets children aged 0-17 with severe psychiatric problems and often complex life situations. BIM Eskilstuna is responsible for the northern part of the county's child psychiatric emergency assignments during office hours. We also offer planned treatment interventions for patients who need closer contact or faster intervention than what the regular BUP reception can provide.
As a psychologist at BIM, you will be part of a multi-professional team that tailors interventions based on the patient's needs and the team's various competencies. We strive to increase accessibility and provide equitable, effective, and patient-centered care. We will become a team of eight employees from different professions and want to adapt and further develop our treatment and collaboration efforts to meet the needs of patients and families. Currently, we have a need to continue developing eating disorder care, and we are looking for someone with expertise in eating disorders or who wishes to become proficient in treating this issue. A week with us could be divided into the following tasks: Mon-Tue on-call work, Wed assessment work, Thu-Fri intensive interventions/eating disorder patients or other complex issues.
