We are looking for pharmacists for our competence pool!

We are present all over Sweden, from Ystad to Kiruna, with just over 500 physical pharmacies. We are now looking for you who are a trained pharmacist or pharmacy technician and want to work as a competence pool member at several of our pharmacies in Sörmland, region 10, where we have a great need for your expertise. As a competence pool member, you will be offered several benefits with us:

• Fixed market-based monthly salary
• Fixed salary supplement for your flexibility
• Continuous scheduling in operations
• Mileage compensation
• All travel time exceeding 60 minutes is counted as paid working time

In this role, you will be part of a pool with a competent and collaborative team where you can share knowledge, challenges, and celebrate successes. Your most important mission is to support our customers in proper medication use and better health. The role includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Advising and selling medications and self-care products.
• Inventory management, campaigns, administration, quality work, and development efforts.
• Promoting participation and good collaboration within the pharmacies and contributing to a positive group dynamic with colleagues.

For your daily support, you have your nearest leader (Me/Thuc-Hien) and your fantastic colleagues. The position is a permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. A driver's license is required to travel to and from the workplace.
