JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in pairs with a physiotherapist at the patients' homes. The target group is individuals over 18 years old, although you will primarily meet the elderly, and we offer services at the primary care level. Together, you will find holistic solutions that strengthen the individual's independence in daily life. If you have a holistic view and see people's potential, as well as want to guide nursing assistants in a rehabilitative approach, you have come to the right place. You will work in a team in a geographical area and collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, care managers, and colleagues in home care.

To allow you as a licensed professional to focus on what you do best, we have rehabilitation assistants who help you with administration, prescribed training, and assistive device assessments. We also have helpers who arrange cars and our assistive device storage.

QUALIFICATIONS

For us, personality and attitude are more important than experience as an occupational therapist. You have a genuine interest in people and their health. We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, self-assured, and easy to collaborate with other professions. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and can easily see the big picture.

Of course, you are a licensed occupational therapist or will complete your education this term. If you have worked in municipal care, you have a slight advantage. If not as an occupational therapist, then perhaps in another role or during your internship. You also need to have a B driver's license.
