We are now looking for summer substitutes for the elderly department for the municipality's short-term and special accommodations. HERE ARE YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a summer substitute in a special accommodation or short-term accommodation, you will assist the residents in their daily lives. Your tasks may include support with personal hygiene, meals, cleaning, social interaction, and activities. You will work based on clear implementation plans and perform medical interventions by delegation. This means that a nurse gives you the mandate and instructions to handle, for example, medication, so that the right person receives the right help at the right time. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to create a safe, stimulating, and meaningful everyday life for those you are here for. All accommodations are located in the town of Flen.

Your working hours will vary and include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:

• Have good computer skills and have worked with digital tools
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

WE HIGHLY VALUE:

• More than 1 year of experience in care work.
• Assistant nurse training, caregiver training, or similar.
• Experience in similar work that the employer considers relevant.
