About Us

Dammsdalskolan in Vingåker is a nationally recognized boarding school specializing in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. At Dammsdalskolan, there is room for 25-27 students aged 12 to 21 years. We offer a comprehensive solution with school and accommodation within the framework of four school forms: adapted primary school, primary school, adapted upper secondary school, and upper secondary school.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants a stimulating job with varied and interesting tasks. You should enjoy working with young people, be flexible, unpretentious, responsible, and have good teamwork skills. You are an active person who contributes to creating a stimulating and developing environment where students are at the center. As a staff member at Dammsdalskolan, you see yourself as a natural role model for our students throughout your workday. You are proactive in your role, interested, clear, and have a low-arousal approach.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse with at least a few years of experience in the profession. It is an advantage if you have experience as a school nurse, as part of your role involves school health care. You express yourself well in both speech and writing. You have a B driver's license. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Meritorious: Experience working with Prorenata and AlfaeCare. Courses focusing on autism, pedagogy, or behavioral science, as well as practical experience. A criminal record extract will be required upon potential employment.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
