The Surgical and Urology Department is a dynamic and operational unit where we care for both acute and planned surgical patients. Here, we work in teams with close and effective collaboration between nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, and discharge coordinators. Together, we create safe, efficient, and person-centered care.

The surgical clinic is a large and development-oriented organization with many opportunities. We are currently in an exciting phase where the department is planned to be divided into two, with shared spaces – which provides new working methods, development opportunities, and a chance to influence the future of care.

About the role

As a nurse with us, you will work with:

• monitoring, treating, and investigating patients
• planning and coordinating care
• as much as possible, completing the treatment of patients with us

You will have a varied and educational daily routine where pace, responsibility, and development go hand in hand.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed nurse
• has experience in surgery (meritorious, but not required)
• thrives on variety, appreciates pace, and enjoys when things happen
• is flexible, curious, and wants to continue developing in your professional role
• has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team
