Specialist Nursing Assistants Wanted

We are now looking for two specialist nursing assistants who want to contribute to creating safe and person-centered care for our elderly, one of whom is for Finnish-speaking individuals. Tunagården 6 is located in Söder, about 1.5 kilometers from the center of Eskilstuna, close to green areas and walking paths in an environment that creates calm and comfort for both residents and staff. The accommodation consists of 129 apartments distributed over 12 units. The positions are located in units 11 and 12, which are adjacent to each other. The primary placement is in both units 11 and 12.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist nursing assistant, you will use your specialist skills to improve and develop the work in the unit. With your in-depth knowledge, you will support and guide your colleagues in their daily work. You create a safe, meaningful, and active everyday life for our users. You motivate, support, and provide personal care based on each person's needs. You collaborate with colleagues, team leaders, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and relatives to provide safe and coordinated support. You are the primary care contact, have delegation of health and medical tasks, and document your work. We work with digital methods where you document in Viva and confirm in APPVA and the Viva care app.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist nursing assistant and is passionate about making a difference for our elderly. You have experience working in elderly care, and if you have also worked as a specialist nursing assistant, that is an advantage. It is highly advantageous if you are Finnish-speaking. You are used to documenting and feel comfortable with digital systems, preferably in Viva. You are open to receiving delegation and can work days, evenings, and every other weekend.
