Specialist Nurse Assistant for Home Care Öster

Here, your focus will be on developing work methods with the individual's needs and abilities at the center.

Home Care Öster is part of a cluster together with Tunafors, Söder, and Strigeln. We help each other when needed and together we develop our working methods, strengthen the quality of our operations, and build our competence in various areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist nurse assistant, you also have special responsibility for quality and development. You guide colleagues, inform, and contribute to a safe and professional working method and the development of work routines. You actively participate in quality and development work together with other representatives in a quality group. With us, you can develop by contributing to care work and daily rehabilitation, documentation and registry work, family perspectives, and teamwork with licensed personnel.

You also work with personal care and support in the client's home. You contribute to safety and a meaningful everyday life. The work includes delegation of medication and insulin. You are the primary care contact for a number of clients and are responsible for establishing and following up on implementation plans. All documentation is done in the operational system VIVA, where we gather information about the client's needs and interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has nurse assistant training with an extension to specialist nurse assistant or will complete your extension training during 20262027. Alternatively, you may be an experienced nurse assistant with ambitions to develop in the profession. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and basic IT skills. You can take delegation for medication and insulin, have a B driver's license, and can cycle. Experience in elderly care and preferably work in home care is highly meritorious.
