As our most experienced receptionist is retiring, we need a new colleague. As a receptionist, you are often the first and last contact with the clinic and play a key role in our customer service. The position may, if necessary, be divided between reception work, assistance, and sterilization tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good administrative skills, is flexible, and is passionate about customer service
• Is positive and solution-oriented even in challenging situations.
• Is driven by good collaboration and relationships, both internally and externally.
• Has the ability to work independently and can take initiative.
• Has very good communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Is comfortable with the Office suite and has good computer skills.
