About the Role

We are now looking for someone who wants to work part-time alongside their studies and be part of an exciting new journey as Norwegian Lea bank establishes itself in Gothenburg.

Lea bank is a bank with innovative and user-friendly solutions for financing, payments, and savings. The bank offers a fully digital service aimed at making it easier for customers to manage their financial matters. With digital loan processes and simple, user-friendly products, Lea bank has taken a clear position in the Nordic market and currently operates in 4 markets: Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Spain. In this role, you will handle all countries where the bank operates but primarily Spain and Sweden. It is therefore crucial for the position that you speak Spanish and Swedish.

As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of the team that helps the bank's customers with their banking matters every day. You will answer questions via phone, email, and chat, as well as handle various banking services and issues. Your efforts contribute directly to creating a smooth and positive customer experience. The working hours are flexible between 08:00–20:00 Monday to Friday and Saturday, Sunday, and we hope you can work an average of 15 hours per week. You will start your new role with training to create the right conditions for success in your role and develop in your new job.Start immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and support for internal and existing customers contacting the bank via phone, email, CRM entries, and mail
  • Handle changes in credit
  • Guide customers in using our digital services
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Perform upselling and advice on the bank's products
  • Schedule meetings for existing and new customers in different regions

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong sense of service and wants to build good long-term relationships with customers.
  • Is results-oriented with an interest in sales.
  • Has good communication skills and is used to working with both phone and digital channels.
  • Is solution-oriented, structured, and thrives in a sometimes fast-paced work environment.
  • Has previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in banking, insurance, or the service industry.
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the banking sector or a similar industry
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital customer service tools.
