About the role

We are in strong growth and are now looking for an IT technician with 2–3 years of experience who wants to be an important part of our team. With us, you will have a dynamic role where you work with multiple clients and IT environments simultaneously – both remotely and on-site with clients.

You will work with:

• Troubleshooting and IT support – Troubleshooting and actions to ensure that customers' systems function optimally, both on-site and via remote support.
• Installations, configurations, and deliveries – Rollout and commissioning of computers, printers, servers, and other hardware with customer-specific configurations.
• Operation of modern IT environments – Administration and monitoring of PC/Mac, Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, and firewalls.
• Virtualization and cloud solutions – Work with Hyper-V for server virtualization and Azure services for cloud-based solutions, including migrations, backups, and hybrid environments.
• Microsoft 365, Office, and hardware solutions – Support, configuration, and optimization of workflows, license management, and integration with other systems.
• Consultation and customer contact – You will become a trusted person for our clients, where you not only solve problems but also recommend improvements and sometimes act in a sales role to develop their IT environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 💻 2–3 years of experience as an IT technician
• 🖥️ Good knowledge of PC and Mac, Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, and firewalls
• 📦 Experience with Microsoft 365, Office, SQL Server, and hardware
• 🌐 Ability to communicate and explain technical functions at all levels
• 🚗 A valid driver's license (B)
