Your role

We are looking for Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineers with a strong background from heavy vehicle sectors. As a V&V Engineer, you will primarily work with the development and testing of autonomous trucks. Your responsibilities will be to ensure the safe operation of vehicles during testing, collect critical data, and support the engineering team in diagnosing and resolving system-related issues.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Monitoring and operating autonomous trucks during testing, taking manual control when required.
• Utilizing and overseeing data collection systems installed in the vehicle.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting scenarios where the vehicle does not perform as expected to facilitate troubleshooting and system improvements.

Your profile

• Valid B, C, or CE driving license. Proven experience operating heavy vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to maintain focus during extended test sessions.
• Solid technical aptitude and proficiency in using onboard data systems.
• Previous experience working on a test track is highly desirable.
• Swedish language skills are considered a plus.

Note: For this position, you need to have a valid Swedish work permit and/or Swedish residency.
