Team Coach in IT Support – Gothenburg

Are you passionate about IT, service, and leadership? Are you looking for an exciting assignment in the IT industry with immediate start? Akkodis Gothenburg is now seeking a team coach for an assignment with one of our largest clients. The role is fully located on-site at the client in Gothenburg.

About the Role

The role is based in Gothenburg where you will work in an open office environment alongside the entire team. The team handles incoming cases via phone, chat, and email.

The cases involve:

  • User and password management
  • Microsoft Office
  • Windows environments
  • VPN
  • Active Directory
  • Other IT-related issues

You will receive thorough onboarding and training during the first weeks, ensuring you are well-prepared for the role. After that, you will also have access to the client's Knowledge Base for support in your daily work.

As a Team Coach, you will:

  • Ensure that the daily work flows efficiently
  • Delegate and prioritize tasks within the team
  • Support the team by taking over or assisting with more complex support cases
  • Be a key person for the team's well-being, group dynamics, and workload
  • Be attentive to how team members are feeling and developing

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in IT, problem-solving, and service, as well as a genuine commitment to supporting and leading others. You have excellent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT-related education (high school or vocational)
  • Work experience in IT support, service desk, or a similar role
  • Experience in leadership, team management, or coaching roles

As a person, you are service-oriented, pedagogical, stress-resistant, and flexible, with a solution-oriented and responsible approach to work.
