JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a temporary support technician for User Support. The role is a key function in our work to provide fast, effective, and quality support to the municipality's users. As a support technician, you are part of the operational user support. You contribute to a stable and service-oriented IT environment by troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting user cases both remotely and on-site in the municipality's various operations such as schools, offices, and healthcare environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide user support via the ticket portal, phone, and on-site if necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within client management, networks, telephony, printers, AV equipment, and other IT services.
• Install, configure, and update IT equipment.
• Manage cases in the case management system and escalate if necessary.
• Participate in the rollout of new equipment or systems.
• Contribute to developing and improving documented processes and routines.
• Collaborate with the logistics function during deliveries and exchanges of equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has the user in focus and meets everyone with a professional and solution-oriented approach. You work in a structured manner, document carefully, and keep track of your cases. You are technically curious, problem-solving, and thrive in an environment where you encounter various types of IT challenges.

The position requires Swedish citizenship and security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). This means that a security interview will be conducted before employment.
