The Role

In this role, you will typically work agile with close customer contact and regular deliveries. You will often be part of cross-functional teams with significant responsibility for problem-solving and continuous development. Together with product owners, you will ensure that the team's work always meets societal needs. You will participate in the entire development process, from start to finish: architecture, requirements, design, development, testing, test automation, documentation, release, and deployment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the analysis of user stories and planning for sprints
• Develop and maintain IT systems according to specifications
• Review and test code to ensure quality
• Deliver to integration and ensure that functions work in larger system chains
• Conduct production follow-up after release

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the development and management of IT systems. You have solid knowledge in C#, .NET, Linux, C/C++, React, Java, SQL Server, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Azure, and API understanding. Furthermore, you are fluent in both Swedish and English.

You are responsible, results-oriented, and strive for both the team and yourself to achieve the best possible results. You are curious and flexible, with a desire to learn new things, while also sharing your knowledge to strengthen the team. With the ability to analyze information flows, identify connections and patterns, you can make well-founded delimitations that drive the work forward.
