We at Brandt are now looking for an IT technician to join our IT team.

About the position

With us, you will have a varied and stimulating job. You will be part of Brandt's IT department, which consists of a total of 10 people, where you will belong to a second line team of three people. In this role, you will work with the operation, maintenance, and support of our IT environment. You will work operationally with both hardware and software and be an important part of our digital organization. You will collaborate closely with users, colleagues, and external partners to deliver high availability, quality, and service.

The position also involves travel to Brandt's 32 locations from Mora in the north to Alingsås in the south.

Your responsibilities

• Provide professional IT support remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure the operation and maintenance of networks, servers, and workstations.
• Perform user administration and manage permissions.

Qualifications

• ✅ 3+ years in the profession
• ✅ Good knowledge of networks
• ✅ Good knowledge of AD/Entra ID
• ✅ Good knowledge of IT security
• ✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft server/Windows 11

Meritorious

• ➕ Education and good knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
• ➕ Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V
• ➕ Knowledge of Aruba Central
• ➕ Knowledge of ITIL/ISO 27001
• ➕ Knowledge of Powershell
• ➕ Knowledge of Azure, M365

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment with a start date no earlier than February 2026, full-time, with an initial six-month probationary period. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline.
