We are looking for someone who can take overall responsibility for UX throughout the entire chain, from research and insights to finished solutions in production. You enjoy working closely with developers and product teams, understand technical prerequisites, and want to create solutions that are actually buildable, maintainable, and further developable.

You are confident in your role, curious in your working methods, and thrive in environments where there is both complexity and room to influence.

It doesn't hurt if you are social, clear in your communication, and enjoy collaborating closely with others.

6+ years of experience in UX design

You have worked end to end with UX, from user studies, research, and concepts to interaction design, prototypes, and follow-up in real use.

You have experience working closely with products, preferably in cross-functional teams alongside developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

You are used to making design decisions in environments where technology, business, and user needs need to be balanced.

• User research and insight work

• UX and interaction design for complex systems

• Work in product teams with continuous development

• Close collaboration with developers and understanding of their daily work

• Design that takes into account technical limitations and opportunities

• Contribute to better Developer Experience through clearer flows, tools, and interfaces

• Work with design systems or common UI principles

• Prototyping and visualizing solutions

• Dialogue with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Swedish-speaking

If you have experience with SaaS, B2B systems, internal tools, complex workflows, or platforms, that is a big plus ✚

If you have worked closely with DevEx, platform teams, or developer tools, that is also a big plus ✚
