Our client works with modern ITSM environments where stable processes, smart automation, and a well-functioning ServiceNow platform are vital to the business. We are now looking for you who thrive in a consultant role and have experience in development, configuration, and further development within ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work at the client's site to develop and adapt solutions in the platform, support efficient ITSM processes, and contribute to future-proof working methods.

What you will be working with

• Develop, configure, and adapt solutions in ServiceNow
• Work with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog
• Create and further develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts
• Implement integrations with external systems via APIs and REST-based interfaces
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing solutions in the platform
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, and further development together with ITSM, development, and architecture teams

Key Competencies

• At least five years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture
• Strong experience in configuration and development in the platform, including business rules, client scripts/UI policies, workflows, and related objects
• Good ability to work with integrations, APIs, and scripting in JavaScript
• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications within ServiceNow, such as Certified System Administrator or Application Developer
• Experience with ITIL v4 or similar frameworks for IT governance
• Experience with integrations against other ITSM tools or business systems
• Skilled in developing reports and dashboards for monitoring and analysis
• Experience with upgrades, version management, and documentation in ServiceNow environments

About the assignment

You will be hired by the client through Intensogruppen. The assignment can also be applied for if you have your own company and is full-time.
