Case Worker in Access and Control Systems

About the Assignment

We are currently looking for an experienced case worker for a consultancy assignment within access and control systems. In this role, you will work with administration, auditing, and allocation of access rights in various IT systems. You will ensure that processes for access management and lifecycle management are followed according to established routines and regulations.

You will act as a support and advisor to managers and access requesters. As needed, you will also participate in testing, handle deviations, and support work related to audits and internal controls within access and security administration.

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in access management
• At least 3 years of experience in case handling
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar support role
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in support processes
• Experience in service-oriented roles with many contact points
• Experience working in large organizations or the public sector

• Scope: Full-time (100%)

• Opportunity for remote work up to approx. 50%
