About the RoleYou will step into a crucial implementation of ServiceNow HR within a large organization in the public sector, where the goal is to create efficient and cohesive processes for managerial work and the entire employee lifecycle. The role combines project management, business understanding, and close collaboration with both HR and IT.
Together with a business architect, you will support the establishment of the HR module and become a key figure in the interaction between business representatives, HR, IT, and development. You will help the organization capture needs, translate them into clear priorities, and create the right conditions for a solution that works in practice. You will also contribute to reducing risks, improving the quality of design and prioritization, and establishing structure for testing and change management. This is a role for you who wants to drive a ServiceNow implementation where processes, collaboration, and execution make a clear difference.
Responsibilities- You lead the planning, coordination, follow-up, and progress of the establishment of the ServiceNow HR module.
- You drive the work with requirements, process design, and prioritization together with the business.
- You ensure that activities are carried out in the correct order and that dependencies, risks, and deliveries are handled in a structured manner.
- You build a functional collaboration between business representatives, HR, IT, and developers throughout the implementation.
- You support the work with processes for preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding in ServiceNow.
- You follow up on deliveries and ensure that the assignment reaches set goals with high quality.
- You contribute to the planning and structuring of testing work and produce materials that support change management, new roles, and new ways of working.
- You may also, if necessary, support parts of the recruitment process related to the implementation.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management
- At least 2 completed implementations of the ServiceNow HR module, from establishment to go-live
- Documented experience in establishing and integrating processes for preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding in ServiceNow in complex assignments
- Experience leading projects where business and development collaborate on requirements and delivery
- Experience from the public sector regarding the ServiceNow HR module, where experience from a region is particularly valuable
- Ability to work on-site 1–2 days per week
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
- University education in IT, systems science, HR, business development, or other equivalent education
- Documented experience in project management within digitalization, business development, or system implementation
- Certification in project management, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
- Certification in ServiceNow
- Permanent employment at Avaron AB
