About the roleIn this role, we focus on making AI concrete, business-oriented, and practically usable. The work involves testing and using AI solutions internally to then translate experiences into secure, scalable, and measurable solutions for customers – from enterprise platforms to EU-sovereign open-source stacks. The goal is to quickly create real business value through AI.

As an AI Solution Architect, you are the link between the customer's business goals and technical AI solutions. You have a deep technical understanding of AI architecture, integrations, and cloud infrastructure, and can communicate complex concepts in a simple way to both technical and business-oriented stakeholders. You have a builder mentality and enjoy creating scalable, reusable frameworks and proof-of-concepts. You collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering, and are a technical voice in key deals. Main responsibilities

• Design AI solutions focusing on Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, and open-source platforms

• Realize customers' ideas and business needs using AI, LLM, RAG, and agent-based solutions

• Lead workshops, feasibility studies, and technical discussions with customers and internal teams

• Create and implement solutions that integrate data, analytics, and AI to maximize business value

• Ensure that solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance

• Drive and support modernization and migration of existing platforms to AI-driven and cloud-based environments

• Be a mentor and technical support for consultants and delivery teams

• Stay updated on the latest AI developments and contribute to Iver's offerings and service development

Qualifications and experience:We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong business understanding. You are curious, drive yourself and the customer towards new solutions, and have a strong interest in AI and data development. You are a good communicator who can make complex AI understandable, and you understand the importance of collaboration to achieve goals.

To succeed in this role, you should have technical competence in one or more of the following areas

• Experience with Azure AI/AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, as well as Copilot and Copilot Studio, including integration into existing IT environments and business systems.

• Practical experience integrating LLMs, working with prompt and role instructions, basic fine-tuning, and optimization of inference.

• RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, Chroma, Azure AI Search).

• Experience in designing and implementing single and multi-agent solutions, using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.

• Good understanding of API design and system integration (OpenAPI/GraphQL)

• Experience with CI/CD, container-based solutions (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability such as logging, metrics, and tracing for AI services in production.

• Security, data governance, and compliance (GDPR/PII), HA/DR

• Ability to quickly develop scalable PoCs and POVs, build reusable frameworks, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering. You can clearly translate technical solutions into business value and ROI.

Location:Iver has 25 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see that you will be based in our office in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.
