Location: Gothenburg Scope: 50% Remote Work: Partially, as agreed Contract Period: February 2, 2026 – July 31, 2026 with potential extension

We are looking for a senior information security consultant with extensive experience in NIS2 and regulatory information security work. The assignment aims to lead and coordinate the implementation of the EU directive NIS2 as well as the new Swedish cybersecurity law and associated regulations that come into effect in January 2026.

You will play a central role in establishing and further developing structures, processes, and working methods for information and cybersecurity within the organization.

• Project lead and coordinate the implementation of NIS2

• Map digital systems and information flows

• Conduct information classifications and risk analyses

• Develop and implement incident management processes

• Ensure correct handling of personal data in accordance with applicable legislation

• Support management and operations in interpreting and applying regulations

• Conduct supplier and dependency controls

• Support registration and access management in reporting systems

• Documented experience in information security work

• Experience in coordinating and developing information security processes

• Good knowledge of personal data handling and relevant legislation

• Experience in information classification and risk analyses

• Knowledge of the NIS directive, MSB's regulations, and confidentiality legislation

• Previous assignments in the public sector or regulated industries

• Experience in leading or project managing information security work

• Knowledge in project management, process development, and system development
