Your Responsibilities
As the IT and Security Manager, you will be the strategic responsible for IT governance, information security, and digitalization within the group. The role is broad, focusing on vendor management, risk management, compliance, and continuous development of both systems and working methods. Since all operations are outsourced, you will work at a strategic level closely with the CFO and group management while collaborating with subsidiaries in several countries.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the group's IT strategy and security policy.
• Manage outsourcing partners and monitor SLAs, costs, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and future requirements such as NIS2, the Security Protection Act, and ISO 27001.
• Establish and maintain continuity, preparedness, and recovery plans.
• Classify systems and data for security and implement models for information security.
• Drive digitalization initiatives and AI projects that strengthen the business.
• Support and develop business systems (Microsoft BC, Monitor, Visual) and Power BI structures.
• Coordinate and develop the organization's security work in accordance with NIS2 and the Security Protection Act, including physical security (access control, intrusion protection, theft/security) together with the CEO and security companies.
• Report IT risks and status to group management.

The position reports to the CFO of Sepson Winch Group and is full-time, daytime, starting as agreed. The role is based at the headquarters in Lidköping, with travel within Sweden and internationally as needed.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in IT governance and information security, preferably from an international operation. You have good knowledge of risk management, GDPR, and modern security frameworks. Experience with NIS2, ISO 27001, outsourced operations, and continuity planning is advantageous.

You are strategic, communicative, and comfortable working closely with management. You understand business processes and are used to driving IT issues that contribute to business value. You are proficient in both Swedish and English at a business level.
