Look here, as we are now seeking a service-oriented and proactive colleague for the ServiceDesk, a key role where you contribute to a secure and efficient IT environment.
About the position
As a ServiceDesk employee, you play an important role in helping our client deliver medication every day. You will be involved in solving problems in IT systems for both production and office environments. Your focus is to provide professional assistance and customer-oriented support that contributes to the client's vital mission. This means maintaining high operational and IT security in the network and its components. Our client strives to maintain world-class standards, which should be reflected in solutions as well as in support for the business. The client's IT environment has a local, national, and international perspective, as they are part of a larger European group.
Your main responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Participating in a rotating staffing schedule to provide quick service and professional solutions to complex IT and communication problems.
- Providing 1st line support for medtech-related products sold to Tamro's customers.
- Assisting employees within Tamro who need help with their IT and communication environment.
- Working in a case management system (ServiceNow) where each case is documented carefully.
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule.

We believe our ideal candidate has experience and skills in:
- Completed high school education
- Windows Server and Client
- Azure and Active Directory
- MS Office 365
- Teams and Outlook
- Swedish & English in spoken and written form
Desirable qualities include:
- ServiceNow
- Printers and scanners
- Mobile telephony and corporate switches
- IT security
- TCP/IP networks
- Integration, message brokers, API
- ITIL
- Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- At least 2 years of experience working in a complex IT environment
