We are looking for a Danish-speaking support technician for a service desk focused on user-oriented IT support. This role with our client in Gothenburg is suitable for you who enjoy problem-solving, customer contact, and want to work operationally with IT in a structured everyday life.
You will provide support to both Danish and Swedish-speaking users and be an important part of the daily IT delivery. The work is done in close collaboration with colleagues and involves both independent responsibility and teamwork.

About the role
As a support technician in the service desk, you will handle incoming cases and assist users with technical problems in their daily lives. You will work methodically with troubleshooting, case follow-up, and documentation, with a clear focus on service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage support cases via phone and case management system
- Provide technical support to users in Danish and Swedish
- Troubleshoot issues in client environments, accounts, and standard applications
- Manage user administration in, for example, Active Directory
- Document cases and contribute to improved routines and working methods
Who are you?
We believe that you:
- Speak and write Danish fluently and communicate well in Swedish.
- Have a genuine interest in IT and a good technical understanding
- Have experience working with IT support or service desk and are comfortable with user contact
- Are solution-oriented, structured, and take responsibility for your cases from start to finish
- Enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with colleagues
- Have the ability to prioritize and remain calm even when the pace is high
To succeed in the role, you have practical experience working in an environment that includes:
- Microsoft 365
- Windows clients
- Active Directory
- Basic networking
- IT security at the user level
Previous experience in IT support or service desk is a requirement.
