Our client is a major player in the public sector currently undergoing an exciting phase of digitalization, modernization, and consolidation of their IT workplace. They are responsible for one of Sweden's larger client environments and are now looking for an experienced client specialist who wants to help develop a stable, secure, and future-proof Windows platform.

Your Responsibilities

You will be a central part of the client team, working both operationally and strategically to develop and manage the client platform.

You will, among other things:

• Drive upgrades and lifecycle management of Windows clients
• Troubleshoot clients that do not upgrade automatically
• Manage incidents, orders, knowledge base, and advanced reporting
• Work with the operation and development of MECM, Intune, MDT, and OSD
• Automate processes with PowerShell and VBScript
• Participate in the design, implementation, and improvements of the client platform
• Ensure that documentation is continuously kept up to date

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and comfortable working in large and complex client environments. You enjoy technical problem-solving, take responsibility, and are eager to share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with MECM/ConfigMgr (installation, configuration, OSD, troubleshooting)
• Experience with MDT and Windows OS deployment
• Strong skills in PowerShell
• Experience with VBScript
• Very good knowledge of Windows client management and GPO
• Experience from environments with at least 5,000 Windows computers
• At least 1 year of experience in incident management, preferably in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
• Experience with advanced reporting, preferably in ManageEngine ADAudit Plus

Meritorious

• Experience in the public sector or complex organizational environments
• Experience with larger consolidation or modernization projects
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
