We are looking for an experienced IT technician for our client in central Gothenburg.

• Troubleshooting and support for Windows clients

• User and permission management in Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID

• Administration of Intune and Windows 11

• Incident management and documentation

• Support for walk-in desk and local offices as needed

• Experience in 2nd line IT support

• Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Azure AD

• Experience with Intune and modern client management

• Basic understanding of iOS and Android

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably: ServiceNow)

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
