We are looking for an experienced Software Test Leader who wants to take a central role in planning, coordinating, and communicating software testing across multiple parallel programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that testing policies and strategies are followed throughout the development chain and that verification and validation are carried out at all integration levels.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and build strong collaborations within the organization, focusing on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a modern, agile environment.

• Identify testing needs for new programs and develop overarching software test plans
• Define and anchor testing objectives, scope, and environments for all integration levels
• Drive and further develop test analysis for functions and features
• Lead and develop test automation to strengthen Continuous Integration
• Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks for increased efficiency in test automation
• Monitor quality in automated test cases and initiate improvement actions
• Ensure appropriate and sufficient test environments for verification activities
• Compile and report test results for integration and release phases
• Communicate test status, risks, and deviations to relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to the further development of testing policies and strategies for long-term sustainability

• Solid experience in software integration as well as verification and validation
• Deep knowledge and practical experience of CI/CD
• Engineering background in software or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
• Documented leadership skills and experience in leading through collaboration and influence
• Experience in software development within the automotive industry or other regulated product development
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

• Experience with established product development processes within larger organizations
