We develop and distribute AutoPOL, an advanced 3D CAD/CAM system for design, unfolding, and production simulation of sheet metal parts. We are in a strong growth phase and are now looking for a service-oriented and technically curious Support Technician who wants to be part of our team.

About the role   In this role, you will have significant responsibility and varied tasks, where you are a key person in contact with our users:

• Provide technical support via email, phone, and digital meetings

• Train customers and resellers in our software

• Conduct demonstrations of AutoPOL

• Actively contribute to our product development

• Customize solutions according to customer needs

• Improve internal processes, tools, and documentation

Here you will have the opportunity to develop broadly – both technically and pedagogically – while working closely with the continued development of the product.

Your profile 

To succeed in this position, we want you to have good competence in 3D-CAD, general IT, as well as operating systems and networks. You are analytical with logical thinking in problem-solving, have a high ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing, and possess good pedagogical skills in demo and training situations.

You have a few years of experience from the mechanical industry and preferably experience from a support role. If you have also worked with training, it is an advantage. A driver's license is required.

As a person, we want you to be outgoing, a good listener with high drive and a strong service level. We also expect you to be a team player who enjoys learning new things and contributing to development. The position involves some international travel related to fairs and training.
