Job Description

We are looking for a Shopfloor Analyst to support our Operations team. In this role, you will be a key person ensuring that our users receive the right support in their daily operations. You will work closely with production and ensure that our digital tools and peripherals function as they should.

Responsibilities;

• Support users with technical questions and needs
• Install and configure computers, software, and connected peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software
• Contribute to improvements in our processes and routines
