We are looking for someone who wants to help create a warm, safe, and joyful everyday life for a young woman in Umeå. She enjoys music, dance, good food, traveling, and being active. Your role will be to support her in continuing with what makes her feel good – movement, presence, and small moments of everyday joy.

The support is largely about being attentive and close, helping her with communication, and creating security in interactions. The role also includes some assistance with personal hygiene, so it is important that you feel comfortable with that.

She has daily activities on weekdays, which means that the working hours are primarily at other times. When you work with her, you are the one who creates calm, security, and a pleasant interaction.

• Enjoy planning, encouraging, and participating in activities that create joy and inclusion

In this assignment, we are looking for a female assistant.

Experience in personal assistance or care is an advantage, but the most important thing is who you are as a person.

About the position

• Scheduled hours (working hours will be determined at startup), or hourly substitute

• Working hours during days, evenings, and nights with sleeping on-call

• A background check will be requested
