We are looking for an initiative-taking and positive personal assistant to join our team. The position is initially a part-time employment, but if the collaboration works well, there are good opportunities to work between 80–100% on a fixed schedule. You will be working with a wonderful 30-year-old guy in Umeå who leads an active and social life with many interests. In order for him to live a rich and meaningful life, he needs the right support around him. The work takes place where he is – both at home and out on various planned or spontaneous activities. Since he loves to travel, it is important that you are flexible and can accompany him on trips when needed.

You are an invaluable support as a personal assistant and will assist with:

• 🧼 Personal hygiene.

• 👕 Dressing and undressing.

• 🍽️ Meal management.

• 🏋️ Exercise.

• 💊 Medication.

• 💬 Communication.

• 🎭 Social contacts and activities.

We believe that you are a cheerful, organized, reliable, and secure person with good physical condition. Being flexible and adaptable is important to us, as well as being able to perform your work with respect for integrity and self-determination. You do not need to have experience or education in personal assistance, but the most important thing is that you have your heart in the right place and that you get along well!

However, it is a requirement that you are smoke-free, have good physical condition, and a valid driver's license (B). You also need to be able to speak and write fluently in Swedish.

• 📅 Start date: Immediately.

• ⏳ Contract: Introductory shifts and approximately one month of part-time employment. After that, there are good opportunities for extension and continued work. The employment rate will be between 80-100%.

• 🕒 Work shifts: Include day and evening work, as well as weekends.

We continuously contact candidates who are relevant for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may occur before the application deadline. When employed in a position where you work with a minor client, training on the child perspective will also be included.

📚 To ensure that we maintain high quality in assistance, new employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (about 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than within a month from the start of employment. Read more about the training here.
